Jim Ray, president of Neuse River Networks, is proud to announce his appointment as treasurer of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.) section of Eastern North Carolina.  Jim has been a member for 27 years and currently holds the rank of senior member.
