Flat Fee Service Plan

Flat Fee Service Plan - ONE™ Plan to put IT maintenance behind the scenes, after-hours and out of your way since 1997 with Service Representatives Available 24/7/365.

 

Includes the remote maintenance for all covered systems plus the software and communications systems for service delivery, regulation of processes and monitoring.

 

  • web-based and email service ticketing systems - double click on the blue N icon in the lower right hand corner, click on ticketing on the left column and enter your name, email address and phone number. Provide a short description and necessary details. Include exact wording of messages from the application or operating system. Alternatively, send email to support at neuse.net or log on to our web portal http://support.neuse.net
  • unlimited 24/7/365 live human response by phone 919-838-1672 - do not call employees directly unless requested regarding a specific service ticket
  • unlimited remote labor necessary to maintain existing systems with our automated tools and to communicate with vendors and with customers on service items
  • monitoring of critical system health key indicators including storage space and system performance
  • automatic patching of operating systems and specific applications – excludes manual patching required for service packs, out-of-band security patches and/or items that require manual intervention
  • reporting and alerts – monthly executive summary plus email alerts
  • vendor management for manufacturers of software and hardware on covered systems

 

Additional services for moves/adds/changes, training, on-site services, remediation of systems prepared by others, application assistance or items outside scope of covered systems available given permission from the designated contact for the account. Such items will be assigned Ticket# from support at neuserivernetworks.com and allow designated contact to permit/deny services on a case by case basis.

Monthly recurring amount normally invoiced on the first of the month and due by the 15th of that same month of service for the Covered Systems.

 

Flat Block of Hours

Blanket coverage on remote and on site scheduled services with 15 minute minimum. Emergencies with same business day response billed at normal rate separate from Flat Block of Hours. Add flat fee for an on-site service call in our local operating area. One way travel time or per diem based on market rate plus standard mileage and/or transportation fees for locations outside of our local operating area. Flat Fee Service Plan customers receive discount on blocks of 10, 50 and 100 hours.
