Neuse River Networks Linked With Zapi’s U.S. And Italy Headquarters Over Audio, Video And A Computer

RALEIGH, NC, October 23, 2008

Neuse River Networks linked Zapi’s Italian and Cary, N.C. headquarters with Neuse River Networks through audio, video and a computer screen.

To solve a problem in Cary, Jim Ray, President of Neuse River Networks talked to the Zapi headquarters in Italy through Skype while pulling up a computer in their Cary, N.C. headquarters from Neuse River Networks headquarters in Raleigh. Here Jim was able to share a computer screen from Cary to the people in Italy to trouble shoot a SAP issue.

Zapi was founded in 1975 by the president Giannino Zanichelli and it has always focused its activity on development, innovation and design/manufacturing of electronic controllers of high quality. Today Zapi is a recognized leader in advanced and sophisticated controller technology throughout the world. "By utilizing technology we are able to work in the global market." Jim Ray, President of Neuse River Networks.
