As 2011 comes to a close, we would like to reach out to our customers, family and friends and sincerely thank you for your support. We've seen some good, and we have seen some bad this year. Fortunately, we are posting a year end increase in sales with profitability. While no one is getting rich too fast around here, we are a well-oiled machine, have re-structured our business to compete in a global economy and have successfully unseated our competitors in every market segment we engage. We have diversified to reduce risk and do not have any area of our business that exceeds 25% of our total. Our operations are able to touch any corner of the globe with the now fairly ubiquitous Internet. Our pretty simple solution to a big business problem is to offer the best product, service and price possible. We now have over 100 customers in the United States and are expecting growth in 2012.
