The Only Needed Experts (ONE) Plan gives you higher value and lower expense in IT management. We apply state-of-the-art software solutions, a decade of experience and experts who understand business requirements and technology. The ONE Plan can support your in-house IT services or provide turnkey outsourcing. The ONE Plan is more than maintenance. It’s a strategic advantage to your business that lowers operating cost and supports productivity. What it costs: $299 one-time installation, then $12 per month per computer or server plus $25 per month per site (example: 1 PC site costs $37 per month, 10 PC site costs $145 per month). What it includes: Real-Time Monitoring 24x7x365 monitoring of each of your computer system's memory, hard disk capacity and processors allows us to find problems before they occur and to dispatch e-mails when a device needs service. Patch Management We provide remote installation of most Microsoft Windows and Office patches. Asset Management Tracking hardware, software, and user security audit lets us know when each may need maintenance or replacement.
