Contact Neuse River Networks to schedule an
appointment for Emergency Services, Scheduled Services, Project
Services and Desktop Support Agreements by using one or more of
the following methods:
• send email 24/7/365 to ticket@neuse.net
• use electronic ticket submission 24/7/365 via agent (double
click on desktop icon)
• use customer web portal 24/7/365 http://www.NeuseRiverNetworks.com/portal
• call our office Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM at 919-838-1672
or 800-892-2048
We use redundant communications systems connected
with mobile devices and encourage CUSTOMER to use all available
means to reach us when an emergency occurs until Neuse River Networks
creates a ticket in our system for Services and acknowledges the
request for appointment. Once your ticket has been created, Neuse
River Networks will address ticket upon next scheduled appointment
for service unless authorized contact for CUSTOMER approves emergency
service. If no scheduled appointment exists, Neuse River Networks
will create an appointment and may require one week notice.
