Jim,

I can't thank you enough for your assistance w/ the phone lines yesterday.
I understand being a small business as I was one once and would be happy to
extend to you any work I can. Currently the situation w/ our Linux server
is that it will simply be replaced by our internal team just reconstructing
with the needed links etc. most of which we have readily available. But I
appreciate your resourcefulness and will certainly keep you in mind in the
future...especially if we get to grown into the additional workstations we
have waiting to be wired!

Regards,

Valerie,

Since I was able to very quickly diagnose and fix the problem and not
charge for the service, I would very much appreciate a letter of reference.
A name like yours would be a nice asset for my small business.

Also, I'd like to take a crack at your Linux intranet server. I am very
familiar with replacing failed hard drives and loading up the server.
The one question we would need to address is whether or not your data
has been backed up and is available for the rebuilt server.

Regards,

Jim Ray, MCSE
