Dear Jim,

I am writing you this letter to let you know how much I appreciate all your help throughout the years. Since you installed our initial cabling plant when we moved into our current facilities in 1998, you have been a great help to us with our information technology needs.

When we had a hard drive failure, you immediately responded working after hours and on the weekend to install and configure Windows 2000 on our servers and reconfigure our workstations so our company could be back in operation Monday morning. That kind of customer service is hard to find in the IT industry.

Of all the server software you have installed and configured for me (Exchange, SQL, ISA, HIS), not one has given me a problem that you could not resolve. I can not express to you enough how grateful I am for all your help.

Sincerely,

Lee Moody
Executive Vice President
